"I had troubles with my a.c. and I had went to another Garage before Davie's. They quoted me over $1,000 to fix my a.c. So I went to Davie Garage and it cost me only $85 to fix my a.c. I was amazed at how quick and honorable they were to tell me the truth about what little I had to spend to fix my a.c. The integrity of this company is amazing. "Just bought a used 2011 Kia Soul and was due for the first 3,000 mile oil change and tire check. "My car ran out of gas this morning, thankfully - right in front of Davie Garage. Needless to say, I was very upset when I went inside and asked for help. The owner, Bob Tubach, went over and above, by not once, but twice putting enough gas in my car to get it going, after pushing it (by himself) to a safer side of the road. To find someone who, without hesitation, was willing to help, and keep me calm at the same time, is a rarity these days - especially in south Florida. From this day forward, I will bring my car to them for any services it may need. This is a true example of the words that are on their card - "Large enough to serve, Small enough to care". Thank you so much for making my day pleasant and for showing that there are still some guys that wear "white hats" out there !!!"

"I can't say enough good things about the Davie Garage. When my car got a flat tire on Davie Road, I was just glad that it happened close to a business where I could ask for help. However, I was completely unprepared for the quick and professional service that I received. Robert immediately came out to my car and installed my spare, and within a few minutes I was on my way again. What was most shocking to me was the fact that he refused to accept payment for his service. In this day and age (and in South Florida), I certainly didn't expect to find the kind of old-fashioned honesty and quality service that are obviously routine at the Davie Garage. "I have used Davie Garage for many years. They are honest and do great work. Recently my son's car wasn't starting properly. He went to a garage near his apartment in miami. He was told that his car needed $2,000 of work and that driving his car would be extremely dangerous. I told my son to wait and let me call Davie garage. Bob, the owner volunteered to help in anyway. Although suspicious of the "diagnosis," he called the dealer and found out that even if they were correct it was way overpriced. Since I didn't trust the Miami garage, I had my son's car towed to Davie garage that very day. It turned out that the car only needed a new starter and the other garage was dishonest. Needless to say I am grateful for the Bob's help, honesty, and excellent workmanship."

"My fiance and I moved here in 2009 when he was stationed here with the U.S. Coast Guard. At the time we lived down the street with our son and a car that after a long trek cross country started giving us troubles. Davie Garage had awesome reviews and friendly faces so we decided to go with them for all of our car care needs. My Jetta, my fiances 1966 Chevy truck and then our Ford Escape have been fixed at one time or another at Davie Garage. Ive even been given advice free of charge in emergency situations where my car did have to be taken care of elsewhere. In my past experiences with mechanics all over the country, even dealerships, this is the most honest and wallet friendly place. They care not only about the work they do but the people that drive away in the vehicles they fix. In this economy it is so important to find trust worthy people. The service is exceptional right from the front desk to the quality of maintenance and repair. If a repair is critical, Robert will tell you and it is not needed right away or at all, he will tell you. And if he can save you unnecessary expense, he will do so too. "My car drives like a dream and they saved me $1,700! This is my second experience with the friendly and professional people at Davie Garage. Both experiences were exceptional. The first visit was an electrical problem that a couple of other mechanics were unable to locate. Davie Garage found it quickly (and cost effectively) and corrected the problem. Last week, I began having trouble with my clutch, which had been replaced about 4 years ago - by another mechanic. Turned out it needed to be replaced again, despite the few miles I drive. Driving home today, the difference was unbelievable - much smoother clutch than the previous one. Now to the $1,700 savings. The cruise control no longer worked and the replacement part would have been $1,700. Instead, the guys at Davie Garage spent a little bit of time working on the actuator and the cruise control works. Didn't have to spend $1,700 on the replacement part. Many thanks to all th e folks at Davie Garage. It's hard to find a good mechanic, but this is one."

When I took my vehicle in for a power steering issue, I expected to hear that it was going to cost me something astronomical; as is always the case when you take your vehicle to a dealership. "Thanks to Robert at Davie Garage, I was saved from spending money for a service that was recommended by the dealership. I took my car into the dealer becasue it was not running well and still under warranty. The dealer told me that a sensor was bad and needed to be replaced but that I also needed to have the fuel injectors cleaned, at a cost of $150.00 because this service is not covered under the warrranty. I called Davie Garage because I felt suspicious and sure enough, after some quick research, Robert verified that cleaning the fuel injectors is not a recommended service for my particular vehicle. This is not the first time that Robert has saved me a bundle due to his honesty and that is why I will never take my car anywhere else for repair service! I am so grateful to have found Davie Garage; friendly staff that really care and honesty beyond compare!!! Thanks again, you are the best!!!"

"After my truck broke down, I was told that I would either need a new engine or buy another car. So I called around for pricing and luckily decided to call Davie Garage since I just moved into the area. Only here was I treated like a customer and given fair pricing. Robert quoted me for a remanufactured engine and broke down every detail so that I would know what work was to be completed and there were no suprises. They even replaced all accessories i.e. hoses, belts, etc (the dealer wanted to charge me extra for this). I got my truck back in a very reasonable amount of time and now it runs like new! I was very satified with the job they did that brought my truck back to get the blower motor replaced along with an oil change. Again, very professional, fair priced, and the job was done fast. I ABSOLUTLEY feel comfortable recommending Davie Garage to anyone seeking honest, hard working mechanics!"

"I had an out of town friend of a friend break down in Davie in January. He was told his Cadillac would need thousands of dollars in major engine repairs. He asked me where to get a second opinion and I sent hime to see Robert over at Davie Garage. Two days later I received a phone call from him thanking me for the referral. The car only needed minor repairs and Davie Garage had him on his way again for only a couple of hundred $. I will continue to send my friends to Davie Garage."

"We moved to Davie in 1983 and owned a VW Rabbit at the time. The windwings kept falling out so we took it to a VW dealer for the warranty fix. They fixed the windwings and we were presented with a list of 10-12 items that needed attention. On the way home we saw Davie Garage and went in for a second opinion. They determined that not one of the items on the list actually needed attention. Over the subsequent 25 years Davie Garage has done all the regular service and maintenance on all our cars. I not only trust them with my personal vehicles but have been taking my Fleet of company vans and trucks to Davie Garage for over 10 years now.
